• Question: when you tolled people what you wonted to be when your older did they tees you and bully you if so how did you deal with it :)

      Hi Directioner
      No I wasn’t bullied when I told people what I wanted to do, but I have friends who were bullied about that and lots of other things. The thing about bullying is that it is usually done out of jealousy…..you have your life mapped out and the bullies don’t have a clue what they want to do, so they make you feel bad because they think you will forget your plans and be more like them. The trick is to ignore it and usually they will get fed up, you also need to speak to your teachers about it and your parents to make sure an adult knows what is happening. One of my friends at school said he wanted to be an astronaut and was teased really badly…..he now works for the European space agency and is part of the team that landed on the comet last week. His bully left school with very few qualifications and has done vey little with his life!

      I didn’t to get bullied for what I wanted to do. Angela’s right though, bullies are generally insecure themselves and the best thing to do is tell someone you trust about it.
