      Wow that is a tough question. I guess the last one I read is currently the one I would say was most interesting – it was about adaptive licensing of pharmaceuticals.

      I’ve only written one!
      It’s called:
      Long chain n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid production by members of the marine protistan group the thraustochytrids: screening of isolates and optimisation of docosahexaenoic acid production.
      Journal of Biotechnology. 70:193-202

      It’s about growing marine microoragnisms to produce a fat called DHA, that is in fish oil , to try to reduce the number of fish caught in the sea.
