• Question: On the periodic table, how many elements are on there altogether?

      On the period table stuck to my window its… 113 but according to the chap behind me (using wikipedia) its 118.

      However, in my day to day chemistry the elements I use number… hmm… only eight or nine (today only six). But I do use an awful lot, about 10^21 atoms of each one.

      Thats interesting as my periodic table says the same..113. Interesting that Wikipedia say 118!
