  I am afraid not lily, you will die if you cut off your head! However if the human brain was somewhere else in the body naturally that would probably be ok.

  If your brain was getting enough oxygen and energy, you didn’t die of blood loss after having your head cut off, and you didn’t have to remove any other organs to fit your brain somewhere else then you might just be able to survive. With the help of IV fluids, a stomach pump for and a ventilator to get around the whole missing nose/mouth thing. It does seem pretty unlikely!
