• Question: do you like cheese?

      Hi Scottyboy
      That’s an interesting question. I do like cheese – my favourite is Camembert which I like to eat warm with fresh bread! There are many different types of cheese and there is a great website you can look at called http://www.cheese.com for further information. Although there are many different types of cheese they all have one thing in common and that is…..they are all made from milk, but not only cows milk, you can use milk from sheep, goats, buffalo, camels, yaks and even reindeer to make cheese. Cheese making dates back to around 4,000 years ago , when people first started breeding animals and using their milk. Why did you ask the question? Do you like cheese? What’s your favourite?

      Yes I love it, especially smoked mature cheddar and stilton.
