      A science degree will definitely stand you in good stead, regardless of whether you want a career in science or elsewhere.

      However, uni isn’t your only option! You could do an apprenticeship and get paid while you learn, or go into work straight after your GCSEs. Science qualifications will help you in any of these as they are seen as very valuable to employers.
